Diphlu River Lodge stands by the very essence of hospitality; that no one be left out. This finds expression in our cuisine with our daily meals being planned keeping different nationalities and varying tastes in mind. We serve continental, North Indian and Assamese cuisine made with fresh, locally produced ingredients whenever possible. We organically grow our own rice, mustard and some vegetables.
Food allergies are catered to and guests are requested to let us know of any particular diets or preferences beforehand.
