1.
Reservations can only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit
of 20% of the total cost (or full payment if within 4 weeks
of arrival at Jungle Lodges).
Final balance should be paid no later than 4 weeks before
arrival at Lodge. Failure to pay may be treated as cancellation,
and our cancellation terms applied.
Cancellation terms:
-Less than 16 weeks to 12 weeks before arrival, 10% as cancellation
charge.
-Less than 12 weeks to 8 weeks before arrival, 20% as cancellation
charge.
-Less than 8 weeks to 4 weeks before arrival, 30% as cancellation
charge.
-Less than 4 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival, 50% as cancellation
charge.
-Less than 2 weeks before arrival, we will retain 100% as
cancellation charge.
2. Clients must accept the decisions of the Lodge manager,
who is responsible for the safety of the lodge. The lodge
manager shall have the power to remove from the lodge any
client if considered necessary for their medical safety
or whose actions are materially affecting the enjoyment
of other clients.

The company cannot accept liability for loss or damage to
passengers' property whilst staying with us. All valuables
should be deposited with the lodge manager.
4.
Any dispute arising out
of this contract will be governed by Indian law under Guwahati
High Court jurisdiction.
