Rates for Foreign Nationals

At Diphlu River Lodge, we offer two types of rates: all-inclusive packages with safaris, entry fee and meals when Kaziranga National Park is open to visitors; and bed-and-breakfast rates when the park is closed during the monsoon season.

The following rates are for foreign nationals only.

Jungle Plan

The Jungle Plan applies when the Kaziranga National Park is open to visitors, from November 2022 to end of April 2023.

Cost per night
​

Rs 19,800 per adult per night on twin/double sharing basis (incl. taxes)

​

Rs 27,800 per night for solo adult (incl. taxes)

​

Need an extra bed?

​

The cost for an extra adult in the cottage on the same Jungle Plan is Rs 10,000 per night (incl. taxes)

Supplement cost for river-facing cottage​
​

Rs 3,000 per cottage per night (incl. taxes)

​

​

Cost includes
​

  • Accommodation in air-conditioned cottage

  • Two jungle safaris per day: one safari in the morning and one safari in the afternoon

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner per day

  • All park entrance fees, amateur still camera charge and government taxes

  • Transport to safari starting points, or for activities listed

  • Services of resident naturalist

  • Other activities: camp fire, village visits, bird watching, nature and river walks, tea garden walk

  • GST.

In lieu of a full day of jungle safaris, guests can also opt for our Dolphin Boat Safari. This includes sailing on our country boat for a maximum of two hours, tea and coffee and a simple picnic lunch. Note: this is subject to availability.

Cost excludes​
​

  • Transfers outside the immediate area

  • Transportation cost of Rs. 4,000 to and from embarkation point for Dolphin Boat Safari

  • Wine, spirits or alcoholic drinks

  • Park video and professional camera charges, laundry, gratuities, souvenir shop purchases, telephone calls and other such similar charges

  • Anything not mentioned in the ‘includes’ section.

Child policy

​

  • Child of 12 years and above will be considered as adult and will be charged accordingly. The extra bed for adult (age 12 years & above) is Rs. 10,000/- per night (incl. taxes) on Jungle Plan.
     

  • The extra bed for Child (age 11 years or below) is Rs. 8,000/- per night (incl. taxes) on Jungle Plan.
     

  • Child of age group 5 years or below is complimentary (accommodation with all meals and jeep safari).

Monsoon Special

The Monsoon Special applies from May 2023 to October 2023, when Kaziranga National Park is closed to visitors but Diphlu River Lodge remains a lush paradise of green.
