Jeep Safari at Kaziranga National Park with Diphlu River Lodge

Guests have the opportunity to go on two safaris in a day: one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

All safaris are included in the cost of your stay at Diphlu River Lodge during the months when Kaziranga National Park is open for visitors.

Jeep Safaris

We use open, windowless vehicles with front-facing seats for jeep safaris into the park.

Our in-house naturalist will accompany you on all safaris.

As per official government rules, jeep safaris are only allowed in the mornings and afternoons on fixed routes advised by the Forest Department.

Dolphin boat Safaris

Apart from the daily safaris, an added attraction at Diphlu River Lodge is the possibility of encounters with the endangered but playful Gangetic Dolphins on our dolphin boat safari. Head out for a couple of hours of cruising on the Brahmaputra river on our specially designed country boat.
