Excerpt from 'India's Best Wildlife Stays' article by Condé Nast Traveler India:
Stay at this lodge and follow in the footsteps of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who were recent guests here. Set on the banks of the river that gives it its name, the lodge is located close to Kaziranga National Park, home to the endangered one-horned rhino. The standalone, semi-detached cottages can accommodate only 24 guests. A machan overlooking the river is great for birdwatching. The lodge’s naturalists accompany you on jeep and elephant safaris.
